The Boat
The boat is a 2023 26ft Collier Boat Works. Powered by a 2023 250HP Suzuki 4 stroke. The boat is kept clean and well maintained. Equipped with some of the best gear and tackle you will need for a safe, successful and fun filled day on the waters around Bradenton, Anna Maria Island and Palmetto, Florida with Capt. Alex Kirby.
What to Expect
A day full of fun and making memories!!
Captain Alex specializes in light tackle fishing. You'r License's, Bait, Tackle, Ice, and a Cooler to put the catch in will be provided. The Captain will fillet your catch at the end of the trip. We do like to fish only 4 anglers at a time just so lines don't get tangled.
*Inshore: Trout, Redfish, Snook, Tarpon and more.
*Nearshore(up to 9 miles):Snapper, grouper, Cobia, Hogfish, Permit and more.
*Snorkeling/Sightseeing: Exploring Anna Maria Island and Eggmont Key's waters. The surrounding waters have some of the clearest water and cool sandbars with some really beautiful seashells! Eggmont has ruins of Forts from over 100 years ago.
The captain will let you know what the weather is going to let us do.
What to Bring:
Sunglasses, Hat, Camera, Sunscreen, Food/Drinks. Alcohol allowed for 21 or older. NO GLASS ALLOWED.

U.S.C.G. Certified and Insured. Captain Alex Kirby is a 4th generation of Manatee County and has been around all types of boats his entire life. He has fished the waters all up the west coast of Florida, but mainly these water ways since he was a boy. Captain Alex will strive to make the day as successful and fun as possible.
